The company was founded in 1992 when Gabriel Barceló, after 28 years of experience and service in TUDOR, formed his own company under the name of Barceló Martí S.L. In the initial stages the company was the exclusive distributor of the FULMEN brand.
Over the years we have incorporated into our catalogue some of the most prestigious brands on the market; EXIDE, TROJAN, VARTA, OPTIMA, CRISTEC, VICTRON , SOLBIAN & RELION with a wide stock of batteries, chargers and energy management equipment.
At present we are the official distributors and technical service providers for EXIDE GNB INDUSTRIAL BATTERIES.
Our aim is to provide all market energy requirements & applications which need professional batteries and equipments.
In January 2016 the company began a new phase in its development under the commercial name of akuPalma.
In order to offer to our customers more efficient and innovative products, we have reached and agreement with RELION (LifePo4 batteries) , North American manufacturer of great prestige, for which we are official distributors in Spain. since the begining of 2017.
We have the biggest stock of batteries in the Balearic Islands in our new logistics warehouse.
